As a child I was extremely sensitive to the energies around me. As I grew older, I learned to hide these insights because they made people uncomfortable. As a young woman I knew I was “tuned in” to my family and I thought that everyone was. I was shocked to learn that was not the case, contributing to my shutting these insights down.
After I had my children, I began to notice these sensitivities again. For example: I would get a headache in the checkout stand only to discover it wasn’t mine, it was the person in front of me and as soon as I exited their energy field, “my” headache would be gone. So, I started learning about energy and energy techniques. I learned therapeutic touch. I learned Reiki, 2 levels. I began attending healing circles in Eugene. I learned I was an empath. That was when I decided to become a massage therapist.
I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years now. In my continuing education and experiences, I have come to appreciate the innate knowledge of the human body.
I no longer have ANY doubt that there is a higher power, and/or a higher self that is capable of orchestrating this beautiful dance of Body, Mind and Spirit.

I am a SomaEnergetics practitioner and teacher, an EFT practitioner and teacher, a continuing student of acupressure, DoTerra essential oils, Spiritual Response Therapy and a student of the Abraham teachings which began as the “law of attraction” and is now working on the “law of allowing”. I have 25 years experience with Homeopathy. One of my greatest desires is to teach people how to take responsibility for their body, mind and spirit and in that responsibility, build a team of professionals to help them. I will be holding monthly classes at my office to teach homeopathy, essential oils, and EFT all tools that I used to raise my children.
I’ve raised 4 children and have begun that wonderful journey to Grandma hood with 3 amazing grandchildren.
I live in the country on a small farm with 5 teaching horses, 3 amazingly patient and dedicated dogs, 2 cats and various other farm pets as part of my learning process of “hearing” the animals.
